1. Scope

The Journal of the the Acoustical Society of Kroea is an international journal for the advancement in and dissemination of knowledge in all fields of acoustics. The journal publishes articles dealing with applicatoins of acoustical principles as well as articles concerning the understanding of acoustics with specific applications in mind. Articles in the interdisciplinary areas with potential technological implication are strongly encouraged. 

2. Publication

The journal of the Acoustical Society of Korea is published four times a year. Each issue consists of regular papers and short papers. The short paper is intended for providing brief reports or for the rapid dissemination of important results together with comments on and previsions to the papers already published in the journal. A fast decision will be made ofr the short papers. and the next-issue-publication will be guarandteed if accepted.

3. Manuscript

(a) Three copies of the entire manuscript written in English are required for reviews.

(b) Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with Notes to Contributors in any issue of the journal.

(c) Manuscripts with Application for Publication in the Journal of the Acoustical Society of Korea from should be send to the Editor-in-Chief, c/o Editorial Board, The Acoustical Sociery of Korea, Room#304, 635-4

(d) Prospective authors of review papers should contact the editor-in-chied before preparing manuscripts. They willgenerally be asked to submit proposals for their papers.

4. Publication Charge

The authors (or their institution) are requested to pay the publication charge according to the following rate when the paper is accepted. This entitles the authors to 30 reprints.

?The standard color printing fee is 400,000 won for each color page, regardless of how many color figures the    page contains.

?Additional reprints may be ordered in multiples of 30 at 20,000 won per each multiple.

?The extra charge for covered reprints is 30,000 won per 30 copies.

?The annual membership fee is included in the subscription.
